Recently, I’ve been working on a project in “road user charging” (RUC). Quite a coincidence happened: the industry conference (Road User Charging conference) took place in Brussels last week, so I was able to attend. Viapass (BE) Not seen. RUC is seen as good to promote fuel efficiency, combat discrimination by member-states and increase road quality in general.
